We often save rare and special cars from the scrapman, and G175WAC is no exception. G-WAC Registrations are often associated with the Discovery launch, but the factory also used the G-WAC registration for other vehicles including the Range Rover and Defender. G175WAC was registered several weeks before the Discovery launch and was fitted with a 200 Tdi engine.
Little is known about the history of this vehicle other than it was used by the factory for ‘something’. G175WAC has been saved by a CVC Register member and is due to be on display in its ‘as found’ condition at the NEC Classic car restoration show next Spring. Come and see just how much work it needs!
